Handyman services come in blocks of 2 hours. Each of our maintenance plans include 4 blocks of handyman services. Parts are not included in any of the maintenance plans, any parts needed will be an additional cost.

HVAC maintenance plans alone range from $150 to $500.
Gutter cleaning services can range from $250-$700 depending on the sq footage of the home.
Dryer vent cleaning services range from $150-$300.
Water heater flush and serving alone costs $150-300.
